昨日,一些社交媒体账户纷纷询问两小时的免费换乘服务是否已被悄悄取消。这些大量的投诉恰好发生在2023年夏令时的第一天。究竟是怎么回事?

据报道,周日早上乘坐TTC的乘客称,他们在两个小时的规定时间内重新刷了Presto卡,之后又被收取了一笔额外的费用。
一些Presto机器似乎错过了夏令时的时间更改备忘录,仍然比实际时间提前一个小时读取换乘时间。

TTC向客户表示,这个问题是由于错误的固件更新造成的,这个问题预计将在今天(13日)晚上得到纠正。
We’ve been advised by @PRESTOcard of a firmware update impacting 2hr transfer taps.
If 1st tap is on a new device and next tap is an old device, only 1 hour is registered.
Being fixed tonight.

但这并没有阻止大量乘客抱怨额外付费。
Presto和Metrolinx公司回应了社交媒体上的帖子,并向顾客保证,任何因故障而支付额外费用的人将在五天内得到退款。
这可能会是对调整时间不满的又一个理由。
