根據加通社消息，加拿大航空正在遭遇系統故障，導致服務出現問題。目前正值春假出行高峰時期，大量憤怒的乘客在Twitter上抱怨等待時間過長、航班延誤情況過於嚴重。
加航發推特表示，其聯絡中心和網站出現中斷，正在努力儘快恢復服務。

溫哥華國際機場及多倫多皮爾遜國際機場均證實了加航出現技術問題，機場也受到一定程度的影響。加航在國外機場的乘客也對排起的長隊及登機延誤問題感到擔憂。
