根據多倫多Hydro的停電地圖顯示，停電主要影響的地區包括Regent Park、Cabbagetown、St. James Town以及Yonge東部。
Carlaw與Queen 以及 Danforth與Riverdale附近也出現了停電。
據報道，在Woodbine大道附近的東Danforth地區發生了第二次大規模停電。
Midtown停電影響了5000多名用戶，而Riverside地區有51-500名用戶，Riverdale有1-50名客戶受到影響。
最近一次停電發生在西部，大約在下午1點20分的小意大利地區。
多倫多都會大學(Toronto Metropolitan university)的學生也在經歷黑暗時期。

當然，就像多倫多發生的大多數負面事件一樣，居民們紛紛在社交媒體上抱怨自己的處境，看看自己是否是唯一被蒙在暗處的人。
據多倫多Hydro估計，恢復時間大約在下午6點到7點20分，看來還會有幾個小時的黑暗。
根據地圖顯示，截至下午1點45分，任何停電地點都沒有技術人員在場。
