【加拿大都市網】受Omicron影響，安省每日的確診病例數在飆升，陽性率達到兩位數，但不知為什麼，仍然有數量驚人的TTC乘客甚至司機，認為他們不受 TTC 戴口罩政策的約束。很多人日前在互聯網上對此發出抱怨。

目前在Twitter上有大量關於TTC乘客和司機不戴口罩的投訴。人們抱怨搭乘公交本來就有被感染的風險，又有那麼多人不戴口罩，安全完全沒法得到保障。

有人抱怨說，公交車上很多人把口罩摘掉喝咖啡。還有人稱，看到一個不戴口罩的女子在地鐵上吃肉丸子，這時旁邊另一個不戴口罩的人打了個噴嚏，然後女子就尖叫着指責對方為什麼不戴口罩。
TTC對乘客的抱怨回應稱，一些乘客堅稱有不戴口罩的豁免權，所以沒法強制要求戴口罩。
TTC 聲稱正在採取額外措施「以確保使用我們交通系統的每個人的安全，以幫助減少 COVID-19 的傳播。TTC 強制要求戴口罩，所有員工工作期間在公交系統上都必須戴口罩。」
So when is the TTC going to enforce mask wearing and go back to sanitizing their vehicles? Cause their only precaution right now is drivers must be vaxxed and the windows on buses are to be left open. Which isn』t even the bare minimum they could do.

不過就有人指出，當有不戴口罩的乘客上車時，司機不僅不要求其戴口罩，還向對方問候「聖誕快樂」。
