加拿大实验室测试公司LifeLabs发表声明，表示电脑系统受到黑客入侵，有大约1,500万名客户的资料，包括名称、地址、电子邮件地址、客户登录名称与密码、医疗卡号码及实验室测试结果等有可能被泄漏。

声明指出，公司已于11月1日，向安省讯息与隐私专员办公室，及卑诗省讯息与隐私专员办公室汇报。

LifeLabs是加拿大最大常规诊断与专业实验室测试服务供应商。
