【加拿大都市網】之前就有報道過,最近出行加拿大各大機場可謂是人山人海。國內出發都要提前三個小時到機場才行,安檢區域更是大排長龍!
現在就連機場到達處都亂套了!
抖音(TikTok)用戶@tano0069 分享了多倫多皮爾遜國際機場3號航站樓的行李提取處的視頻。視頻里可以看到,堆積了「成噸」堆積如山的行李箱!
行李轉盤也都被行李堵住,中間過道連走人的地方都沒有。真是一片混亂!

更有旅客在網上抱怨稱自己等待了3.5個小時還沒拿到行李。

運營多倫多皮爾遜的大多倫多機場管理局(Greater Toronto Airport Authority)在電子郵件中告訴Daily Hive,航空公司及其聘請的地面搬運工負責從飛機上卸下行李。
發言人說:「行李處理,包括從飛機上卸下行李、放入行李系統以及行李被放到行李傳送帶上的速度,都是航空公司及其簽約的地面服務公司的責任。」
他們補充說,如果出現積壓情況,比如視頻中出現的積壓情況,他們會與航空公司合作,將行李從行李傳送帶上移走,騰出來供其他航班使用。
因為目前在機場的等待時間過長,旅客們變得憤怒、不滿、抱怨,他們對可憐的空姐及機場工作人員大發雷霆。
