劇CP24新聞報道，加拿大Sears的代表律師今天向多倫多法庭申請是否可以於本周開始清倉促銷。

Sears從6月22日開始在法庭保護之下，關閉了59個店面，裁員2900名員工。

向安省最高法庭提交的文件中，加拿大Sears首席財務官表示Sears最晚本周五開始進行清倉促銷是十分必要的，促銷將於10月12日結束。

上周，安省最高法院法官Glenn Hainey給公司準備開始促銷開了綠燈。同時他也批准了公司給行政及重要員工共920萬的獎金及補貼。
