多伦多自行车协会的代理联合执行董事Alison Stewart在接受CBC采访时提到了这项动议,并认为发放许可证并不一定能纠正人们的行为。

然而,Saxe的动议坚持认为,带有清晰的标识可能会导致危险行为的减少。
