【星岛都市网】加拿大航空（Air Canada）今天公布了 2023 年加拿大最佳新餐厅 （Canada’s Best New Restaurants 2023）的 30 家提名餐厅，欢迎一批新餐厅获得“历史最悠久的加拿大餐厅奖”。30 家入围餐厅名单涵盖7个省份， 15 个城市，其中包括多间值得国内外游客关注的餐厅。
加拿大最佳新餐厅（Canada’s Best New Restaurants）是唯一一个全国餐厅排名，由一位匿名评审员亲自走访年度最佳新餐厅。 根据从东岸到西岸食品专家小组的建议，加航 派遣一名“卧底食评家”参加为期一个月的烹饪马拉松，品尝全国 30 家最著名餐厅提供的菜肴，这些餐厅现正竞争进前10名的名次。
2023 年加拿大最佳新餐厅重点关注 2022 年春末至 2023 年 5 月 31 日期间在全国各地开业的顶级餐厅，并通过其食品质量、服务水平和对烹饪创意的承诺提供卓越的体验。

自 2002 年以来，加拿大航空通过其标志性计划，表彰新餐厅、厨师和人才，宣扬加拿大独特的烹饪氛围。 第 22 届加拿大最佳新餐厅评选活动公布，为备受期待的长名单拉开帷幕。
今年的前 10 名排名将于 2023 年 11 月 1 日在多伦多举行的庆祝活动上揭晓。获奖名单还将在 CanadasBestNewRestaurants.com 和加航 《enRoute》 杂志 11 月号上展示。
