【加拿大都市網】安省抗疫政策發生重大改變。安省引入新的5色分級抗疫系統，各級採取不同的限制措施。
這5級分別為綠色「預防」（prevent），黃色「保護」（protect），橙色「限制」（restrict），紅色「管制」（control），和灰色「封鎖」（lockdown）。
多倫多在11月14日前，仍維持在經過修改的第二階段。
新系統於11月7日生效。下面為各衛生單元（health unit）所處級別的詳情：
