根据加通社消息，今天下午特朗普在白宫正式签署了总统文件，宣布对钢铁和铝进口分别征收25％和10％的关税，将会在15天内生效。

只有加拿大及墨西哥两国获得无限期豁免。其他国家若想获得豁免应该与美国进行谈判。（Grace编译）
