根據加通社消息，今天下午特朗普在白宮正式簽署了總統文件，宣布對鋼鐵和鋁進口分別徵收25％和10％的關稅，將會在15天內生效。

只有加拿大及墨西哥兩國獲得無限期豁免。其他國家若想獲得豁免應該與美國進行談判。（Grace編譯）
