参议院通过大麻合法化法案但有40多项修订

参议院在6月7日星期四晚以56对30票，通过大麻合法化法的C-45号法案，但有40多项修订，法案发还众议院。

联邦保守党参议员全投反对票，众议院将决定是否接受，否决或修改参议院的修订，然后再交回参议院进行另一次表决。

联邦卫生部长Ginette Petitpas Taylor ，各省需要两至3个月准备，大麻才可合法出售。

主要修订包括容许各省禁止家居内种植大麻，取代每家庭可栽种4株大麻的原有法案。
