根據680NEWS消息，昨晚一架直升機在紐約市East River墜機，造成機上所有五名乘客死亡。飛行員成功逃生，並被一艘拖船救起。

有旁觀者在Twitter上發佈的視頻顯示，這架紅色直升機直接在水上着陸，然後發生了傾覆。

據了解，這架直升機是一架拍攝照片的私人包機，編號為Eurocopter AS350。這架飛機由Liberty Helicopters擁有，該公司提供私人包機和觀光旅遊服務。

救援人員表示，飛機墜機後，救援行動在流速為4英里/小時、水深約50英尺（15米）的水下進行，條件十分艱難。
