油香十足的安格斯牛扒三文治(Angus Steak Sandwich),入口滿嘴香。

紅石榴切半後,用鐵匙羹敲打取出果籽。
Cut the pomegranate into half, hit it with a spoon to get out the seed.

做法Directions:
1.預備檸檬醋汁:將檸檬汁、白酒醋、蜜糖、法式芥辣及橄欖油拌勻。
Prepare the lemon and vinegar dressing, mix the lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, dijon mustard and olive oil together.
2.西洋菜洗凈及瀝干,紅石榴切半及取籽。
Rinse the watercress and drain well. Cut the pomegranate into half and take out the seed.
3.牛扒以鹽、胡椒調味。
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
4.鍋內燒熱油,煎香牛扒,取出備用。
Heat oil in a pan, then pan-fry the steak until fragrant.
Remove and set aside.
5.農夫包塗上橄欖油、鹽、胡椒,放在同一鍋烘香,取出擦上蒜頭肉。
Brush the sourdough with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, toast them on the same pan until fragrant.
Remove and rub with the garlic.
6.西洋菜加入檸檬醋汁拌勻。
Mix the watercress with lemon and vinegar dressing.
7.將牛扒切片。
Slice the beef.
8.牛扒片放在麵包上,鋪上炸干蔥、紅石榴籽及西洋菜,即成。
Put the beef slices on the bread, arrange the fried shallot, pomegranate seeds and watercress on top.
