谷歌20日宣布，已与台湾智能手机制造商HTC签署一项11亿美元合作协议。

根据协议，谷歌将收购HTC的手机团队，其中很多人已在Pixel手机上与谷歌合作，并将获准使用HTC的部分知识产权，以加强其硬件业务。

HTC一度占据全球智能手机市场的10%份额，但自2011年底以来，其份额已降至不到2%。
