谷歌斥11億美元購HTC手機業務

谷歌20日宣布，已與台灣智能手機製造商HTC簽署一項11億美元合作協議。

根據協議，谷歌將收購HTC的手機團隊，其中很多人已在Pixel手機上與谷歌合作，並將獲准使用HTC的部分知識產權，以加強其硬件業務。

HTC一度佔據全球智能手機市場的10%份額，但自2011年底以來，其份額已降至不到2%。
