魁省財政廳宣布，將為3,838個因今年夏季乾旱，而遭受損失的農場東主，提供總額2,720萬元的首批補償。今年夏季魁省天氣炎熱，大部分地區普遍缺乏降雨，影響了很多農場的生產。
