根據聯邦政府的國家住房戰略，安省將於未來10年獲撥款超過42億，用於可負擔住房計劃，而該撥款協議預計年底即將簽署。

據加通社消息，安省政府和聯邦政府表示，根據聯邦自由黨政府的國家住房戰略及其他已承諾的撥款，將保障提供13萬套廉租房。

安省將為聯邦的撥款進行部分配對撥款，尤其是為將在明年4月份啟動的住房補貼計劃提供資金支持。

除魁省以外的所有省和地區都同意，從現在直到2028年，為計劃中的開支提供約77億元的配對撥款，其中可能也包括來自市府、原住民組織、慈善機構或私營部門的資金。
