幸運兒Vinh Tran於上月23開獎的Lotto 6/49彩票，在保證有100萬元彩金的獎項中奪獎。他購入的彩票全中10個開獎號碼。

Tran是在素里市一間油站的便利店購入中獎彩票。他表示，當他確認自己中獎，首先將好消息通知他的好朋友，對方初時也不相信， Tran自從2015年開始投注各類彩票，他目前已迫不及待想成為一間越南餐館的東主。綜合報道
