温哥华沿岸卫生局(VCH)联同卑诗疾病控制中心(BC Centre for Disease Control)周二宣布，推出即时警报及应变计划，加速为吸毒者提供潜在过量吸毒资讯，包括：过量吸毒个案发生时间和地点，以及
涉事毒品照片等。

VCH精神健康及滥药部主任杨格(Sara Young)指出，面对目前鸦片类毒品危机，有关资讯将有助前线人员更迅速地制定有效的预防措施。
