据多伦多星报新闻报道，安省政府表示，根据联邦政府早前同安省及多个省份及特区签署的儿童护理协议，省政府将在三年内获得四亿三千五百万元拨款。

安省妇女事务厅兼学前及儿童护理厅长奈杜哈理斯表示，每年省政府拨款一亿元，支持为省民提供优质儿童护理服务既项目，大约四千万拨款会投入到省内多个儿童及家庭服务中心，而大约五百万既拨款就用于学前儿童教师训练。

奈杜哈理斯表示，联邦政府呢笔拨款将会增加多一万一千二百个注册儿童护理空位。
