本拿比於12月22日星期日晚發生罕見車禍， 一部名貴房車撞入一幢大廈，一人受傷，當局沒有透露其傷勢，大廈受損。

皇家騎警周日晚8時30分左右接報，一部Audi名貴房車行駛期間失控，撞入位於京士威道(Kingsway)夾14街(14th Avenue)的一幢大廈。該大廈為一個商業組織的地點。

救護員到場將一名傷者送院。

騎警調查期間，一度封鎖現場多個小時，至凌晨左右才解封。
